Personally, I liked DJ Spooky and Joshua Roman’s version of “Everything In It’s Right Place”, and both songs by the Punch Brothers.  I feel that there are probably some great covers missing from this list.  Let me know in the comment section what you think about cover songs.  Do you like them or do you only care to hear the original.

آخرین آلبوم استودیویی پینک فلوید ، ناقوس جدایی (The Division Bell) چندین نوازنده و خواننده مهمان داشت. البته یکی از این خواننده های مهمان بیشتر از اینکه از جنس موسیقی باشد از جنس فیزیک بود ، و او کسی نبود جز پروفسور استیون هاوکینگ ، فیزیکدان مشهور بریتانیایی!

در آهنگ Keep Talking در سه بخش آهنگ پروفسور هاوکینگ جملاتی را به شیوه تبلیغات تلویزیونی میگوید.

البته این زیاد درست نیست که بگویم شخص استیون هاوکینگ جملات را بیان میکند. چون او به دلیل ابتلا به سندرم خاصی به نام ALS توانایی تحرک و صحبت کردن را از دست داده است و تنها از راه دستگاهی که هرچه او تایپ میکند را تبدیل به صدا میکند با دیگران ارتباط برقرار می‌کند و در این آهنگ هم او به وسیله این دستگاه جملات را بیان میکند.

البته این آهنگ نکات جالب دیگری هم دارد از جمله استفاده استثنایی دیوید گیلمور از افکت تاک باکس (talk box) با گیتار الکتریک که فضا سازی جالبی را در آهنگ به وجود آورده است.

گیتار بیس این آهنگ کار گای پرت (Guy Pratt) و با وجود همکاری ریچارد رایت در ساخت آهنگ کیبوردنوازی آن کار جون کرین (Jon Carin) می‌باشد.
